Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years designing and implementing models, optimization algorithms, or operations research.
• 3+ years coding in Python, R, Java, C, C++, or PHP.
• 3+ years in supply chain management—planning, manufacturing, operations, inventory, etc.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with planning, optimization, modeling, or performance analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure supply chain planning and operations for Meta across components to finished goods.
• Design software improvements to optimize supply chain operations and partner with software engineers to implement code.
• Develop and analyze data and scenarios to solve complex supply chain problems and drive decisions.
• Build mathematical models for simulation and optimization of supply/demand, scenario planning, and gap closure while balancing constraints and costs.
• Contribute to end-to-end supply chain processes and data to deliver an executable and optimized plan.
• Manage and resolve critical escalations and exceptions across the supply chain.
