Meta is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to join the ISCE team to optimize operations and planning for servers, data centers, and network equipment, from components through finished goods, balancing capacity, flexibility, and cost with software and optimization models.

This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with software and hardware engineers and business teams to ensure scalable, cost-efficient deployment of infrastructure and to support billions in investment annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• 6+ years designing and implementing models, optimization, OR, or related field.
• 3+ years coding in Python, R, Java, C, C++, PHP.
• 3+ years experience in supply chain management — planning, manufacturing, operations, inventory, etc.
• Experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Experience in infrastructure operations and technical infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with planning, optimization, modeling or performance analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Own infrastructure supply chain planning and operations for Meta—from components through finished goods.
• Design improvements to software systems to optimize supply chain operations efficiency and quality; partner with software engineers to implement and contribute code.
• Develop and analyze business and technical data and scenarios to solve complex supply chain problems and drive decisions.
• Build mathematical models to simulate and optimize supply/demand and scenarios while balancing constraints, product mixes, and costs.
• Contribute to end-to-end supply chain processes, methodologies, and data to deliver an executable, optimized plan.
• Manage and resolve critical escalations and exceptions across the supply chain; work cross-functionally to drive change at strategic levels.
