Qualifications

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SQL for basic data tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
• Experience with M365 and Windows client environments is preferred.
• Understanding ITIL concepts and how they apply to incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE.
• Support SCCM and Intune for device management and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and contribute to modern workplace initiatives.
• Perform basic SQL queries and assist with Power BI reporting.
• Learn and apply API integration concepts for automation and interoperability.
• Assist with Windows client infrastructure troubleshooting and configuration.
• Participate in ITIL-based processes for incident and change management using ServiceNow.
• Assist with security tasks, including Zscaler configuration and monitoring.
