Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to build and maintain Terraform/Ansible automation, with heavy emphasis on GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires 13+ years of experience and deep IaC expertise, with the ability to work independently in a near-shore environment and collaborate with multiple IT teams.

The position is contract W2, remote-friendly, and expects occasional after-hours maintenance and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of overall experience in infrastructure engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of production automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Extensive experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Excellent Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge and practices.
• Ability to work independently in a near-shore/remote environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Terraform and Ansible automation pipelines.
• Develop GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows for infra changes.
• Automate infrastructure configuration and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot automation and configuration drift across platforms.
• Collaborate with network, storage, security, virtualization, and systems teams.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks for automation.
• Support occasional night/weekend maintenance and on-call rotation.
