Job description

Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

• Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Operational Resiliency, or Technology Recovery programs.
• Experience developing and executing infrastructure recovery testing, failover testing, and restoration exercises.
• Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure components including:
• Compute Platforms
• Storage Systems
• SAN/Fabric Technologies
• Backup and Recovery Solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, and cloud recovery strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and driving remediation initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, executives, risk partners, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mainframe infrastructure knowledge (z/OS, Mainframe Storage, Mainframe Recovery, or related technologies).
• Experience supporting Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) or other mission‑critical environments.
• Knowledge of network architecture, storage architecture, and infrastructure dependency mapping.
• Experience with enterprise backup, replication, and recovery technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational risk frameworks within large financial institutions.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
