Infrastructure and Monitoring Shift Supervisor (Network Operations Center) - Remote/Hybrid Opportunity

Apply now to join Hyatt as an Infrastructure and Monitoring Shift Supervisor within our Network Operations Center (NOC). In this role, you will oversee the 24x7 monitoring and support of Hyatt's critical systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage shift personnel responsible for maintenance and incident response.
  • Lead the team by setting priorities, implementing best practices, and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Ensure 100% SLA compliance by providing adequate coverage.
  • Coordinate training, performance metrics, and process improvements with team members and management.
  • Monitor system availability and troubleshoot incidents to resolution.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders for prompt incident escalation and resolution.
  • Participate in onboarding new services and promote innovative solutions.
  • Ensure team adherence to standards and update knowledge bases regularly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience with monitoring tools, automation, Unix scripting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and networking principles.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: experience in call centers, hospitality, WAN/LAN management, and ITIL certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
