Job summary

Strategic Systems is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join our team on a hybrid 12+ month contract in New Jersey. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years hands-on experience administering IBM FileNet P8 and related IBM Automation platforms in on-prem environments, including CPE, ICN, BAW, and Case Manager.

You will support WAS ND environments, perform patches, upgrades, migrations, monitor system health, security, and collaborate with DBAs and network teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering IBM FileNet P8 in an on-premises environment.
• Experience administering IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Business Automation Workflow, and IBM Case Manager.
• Knowledge of IBM Process Engine and FileNet Object Store administration.
• Experience supporting IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment environments and clustered deployments.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain IBM fix packs, security patches, and minor version upgrades.
• Experience migrating workflow models, case solutions, and FileNet object store configurations across development, test, and production environments.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, including server health, log analysis, storage management, and database connection pool monitoring.
• Experience managing platform security, including LDAP integrations, authentication, authorization, and Object Store access control lists.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform, middleware, and infrastructure issues, analyze logs, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate issue resolution with IBM Support.
• Experience collaborating with database admins to optimize Oracle databases supporting CPE, ICN, and BAW environments.
• Working knowledge of on-prem networking concepts, including load balancers, SSL management, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience using Bitbucket or similar Git-based repositories to manage code and deployments.
• Experience in an Agile Technology Development environment, preferably SAFe.
