Qualifications

• NDE Level II certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
• Experience in infrared thermographic inspections of fired equipment, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and/or roofing in commercial/industrial settings
• Strong report writing skills and ability to prepare detailed inspection reports

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods
• Adhere to safety regulations during inspections
• Apply testing criteria per specifications and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs and digital readouts
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections and supervise others if needed
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and team
