Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to build robust compute infrastructure for scalable ML operations. You will tackle networking, systems integration, and robotics challenges, delivering software for field deployments with a Whatever It Takes mindset.

You will work with customers and multiple engineering teams to ship high-quality software on aggressive schedules, while ensuring reliability across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or closely related technical field.
• 3+ years’ experience with multiple programming languages (Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript).
• Experience building data-heavy software solutions.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience.
• Ability to understand complex systems and established codebases.
• Desire to work on mission-critical software.

Responsibilities

• Stand up infrastructure, simulation solutions, and integrations for agent development.
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code at scale for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
• Create capabilities for multiple customers with heavy training and validation workloads.
• Build applications to productize and democratize scalable machine learning at Anduril.
• Collaborate with customers, product designers, researchers, and other engineering teams to shape and build new software products and applications.
