The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks, lead meetings, and prepare regular reports for clients and management, while coordinating with server, network, storage, and application teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and data center environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Experience with multiple platform teams (Server/Linux, Windows, Network, Storage, Applications).
• Manage third‑party vendors, data center providers, and infrastructure partners.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create pivot tables, charts, and reporting in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH).
• Organize and lead project meetings; document and share minutes.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for clients and management.
• Understand IT infrastructure and data center operations to support project needs.
• Take ownership of tasks and proactively resolve challenges.
