Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure team to lead a remote-first group of engineers building and maintaining a scalable cloud platform.

You will guide API/UI development in Go and TypeScript, mentor engineers, and help shape roadmaps and architecture. The role requires a strong Golang background, TypeScript skills, and experience leading software teams in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Golang with ability to provide technical guidance.
• Strong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Experience with gRPC and RESTful API development.
• Experience with modern SPA frameworks and development practices.
• Understanding of Linux environments and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience operating within cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
• Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and basic hiring processes.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring a team of 3-6 full stack engineers.
• Providing technical guidance and code review oversight.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to execute on roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions on schedule.
• Supporting team culture and individual professional development.
• Participating in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Contributing to technical decisions and architectural discussions.
