Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/CE/SE or related technical discipline, PLUS 14+ years of software development experience OR High School Diploma/GED PLUS 18+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zabbix development, configuration, templates, and scaling for enterprise monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for developing custom plugins and monitoring integrations; strong Bash scripting for automation.
• Deep Linux system administration, service management, log analysis, and performance troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee enterprise monitoring, performance tracking, and system observability tools across Linux environments.
• Write code and customize monitoring workflows; build automated solutions for health and reliability of mission-critical systems.
• Integrate monitoring solutions with CSC and complex multi-tier applications; collaborate with teams to scale the monitoring stack.
