Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project finance, structured finance, or credit analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and cash flow analysis skills.
• Experience with infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy financings preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and credit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure project finance transactions, incl. debt financing for infra and energy.
• Develop and review models, cash flow projections, and credit analyses.
• Evaluate transaction risks across financial, operational, and regulatory factors.
• Prepare credit memorandums and internal investment materials.
• Support deal execution, due diligence, and closing processes.
• Monitor project finance portfolios and assess ongoing credit performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and advisors.
