This role supports data centers in various operational stages. The position may be assigned to a facility still under development, which could require travel to established locations for training until your designated site becomes fully operational.
A day in the life: Your primary focus is keeping data center infrastructure healthy and growing. You might start by reviewing open tickets and prioritizing troubleshooting tasks across server, storage, and networking equipment. From there, you could move into hands‑on rack installations or cabling work alongside teammates, pausing to guide a newer technician through a procedure. You will regularly check in with partner teams to coordinate on active projects, and wrap up by documenting your findings and updating workflows so the next shift has clear, actionable information.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
