Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Delivery Consultant, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions, within the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team. You will design, install, automate, and monitor cloud services for AWS environments in a client-facing role.

You will work with DevOps practices and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, collaborating with teams to deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and migrations across engagements. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform, or automation scripting using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting AWS infrastructure environments.
• Experience with infrastructure as code or automation tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Work you'll do

As a Delivery Consultant, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:

• Experience with cloud-native services or languages such as AWS Lambda, Node.js, Python, or Go

• Experience with DevOps and automation tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, or GitLab

• Experience with cloud operations including backup, patching, and vulnerability management

• Experience with container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), or AWS Fargate

• AWS Associate or Professional certification, Red Hat Linux certification, or HashiCorp Terraform certification
