Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an Electrical Technician specializing in Infotainment and Telematics ECU testing in Santa Clara. You will work in a lab environment to validate next-generation automotive electronics systems, including infotainment and telematics features, with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and document results.

You will set up test benches, run functional tests, and support ECU integration, firmware flashing, and system configuration, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience with hands-on electronics bench testing.
• Solid understanding of Infotainment and Telematics systems.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, and Ethernet automotive protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-level testing on Infotainment and Telematics ECUs.
• Set up test benches, lab equipment, and validation environments.
• Conduct functional testing of ECU features including audio, connectivity, and user interface systems.
