L&T Technology Services in Plano, TX is seeking a technical support specialist for Head Unit (HU). You will provide demonstrations, documentation, and presentations, and lead cross-domain issue triage and design discussions to clarify specifications.

You will act as NA plants and Quality Department channel for drive test activity, handle in-market EDER for NA, and collaborate with Program Engineering to align programs with Toyota Motor Corporation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science (or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in multimedia development.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-domain teams and facilitating design discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Technical support for Head Unit with demonstrations, docs, and presentations.
• Lead cross-domain issues: triage, design discussions, clarify specs/requirements.
• NA plants and QA channel handling drive tests and issue discussions.
• In-market EDER for NA market.
• Collaborate with Program Engineering to align programs with Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC).
• Support NA vehicle drive test activity.
• System design review with sequence flow, architecture diagrams, and one-pager documentation.

Descripción del empleo

• Technical support for Head Unit ("HU") including demonstrations, documentation, and presentation.


• Cross-domain area support / lead including issue triage, design discussion, and specification / requirement clarification.


• Window channel for North America plants and Quality Department teams ("QD") that involves drive test activity, and issue discussion.


• Responsible for in-market Early Detection Early Resolution ("EDER") for NA market.


• Collaborate with Program Engineering ("PE") team on program level alignment with Toyota Motor Corporation ("TMC").


• Support for NA vehicle drive test activity


• System design review responsibility including documentation of sequence flow, architecture diagram, one pager.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in multimedia development. (3+ years)


• Strong understanding of automotive multimedia (MM) related hardware and software stacks.


• Expert on PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders


• Ability to work in fast paced teams with quick decision making.


• Possess strong technical and product management skills to communicate and drive suppliers / stakeholders


• Ability to work closely with design, software, firmware, testing and manufacturing teams.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues promptly

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field and/or commensurate work experience.
