• Spot the mentoring anti-pattern and prevent its spread
• Keep IAM CI under ten minutes for Covington engineers
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging tech requirements
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines
• Resurrect flaky Kali Linux tests for a trustworthy suite
• Keep the Snort build pipeline green for fast deployments
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in postmortems
