Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Specialist to support and mature security controls across endpoints, servers, identities, applications, and cloud platforms.

You will partner with global IT, security, and software teams to embed security into day-to-day operations and product development. The role requires 3–6 years of information security experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across regions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in information security, IT operations, or risk roles.
• Exposure across security areas: security operations, access management, governance, or risk.
• Basic understanding of application security concepts.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day security controls across endpoints, servers, identities, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Track adherence to security requirements and close gaps with regional teams.
• Maintain records, evidence, and reporting related to security control coverage.
• Ensure security tasks and remediation actions progress and are documented.
• Assist with security operations within Azure and AWS environments.
• Help validate security requirements for new cloud resources and services.
• Identify configuration or control gaps and coordinate remediation.
• Participate in access reviews, entitlement validations, and privilege attestations.
• Work with software engineers and product teams during design and implementation of new systems.
• Assist with security reviews for applications, SaaS tools, and internal services.
• Help validate security considerations such as authentication, authorization, data protection, and logging.
• Support integration of security requirements into development and deployment workflows.
• Assist in operationalizing security tools and define workflows and ownership.
• Identify gaps and support improvement initiatives.
