Job summary

Tricentis in the Austin area is seeking a Program Manager for Information Security to drive roadmaps, planning, and execution of security initiatives across engineering teams. You will map requirements, plan solutions, confer with experts, and effectively execute strategies to strengthen the Tricentis security program.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, host weekly syncs, manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• 1+ years in information security or IT auditing, working directly with IT partners.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-starter willing to support their project teams.
• Awareness of GDPR, CCPA, and other ROW privacy regulations

Responsibilities

• Drive roadmaps, planning, documenting, and executing security initiatives across Tricentis engineering teams.
• Develop executive reporting mechanisms for performance metrics (SLAs and KPIs).
• Host weekly syncs, track milestones, and coordinate action items with stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive meetings with stakeholders and SMEs, documenting minutes and timelines for resolution.
• Manage scope, cost, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle; close projects and capture lessons learned.
