Job summary

Airwallex seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Strategy, Information Security to partner with the CISO and INFOSEC leadership. You will drive annual/ quarterly planning, coordinate reviews, design workflows, and build dashboards.

You will also lead cross-functional programs, post-incident reviews, and coach a team of Technical Program Managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in related fields, with preference for fintech, high-growth tech, or regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, technical program management, or related fields.
• Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience designing operating rhythms and performance management systems.
• Preference for information security, governance, compliance, and automation-driven processes.
