Job summary

RevOptimal is seeking a hands-on InfoSec & IT Lead to design, operate, and mature a security, privacy and compliance program. You will protect data, enable secure vendor integrations, and keep RevOptimal audit-ready for SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022.

The role includes building secure cloud architecture, driving Zero Trust adoption, leading security operations and incident response, and ensuring privacy compliance across US state laws and GDPR while managing IT operations for a small team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional information security experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on cloud security experience in AWS (S3, IAM, KMS, VPCs).
• Proven experience leading SOC 2 readiness and audit programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy and roadmap across cloud, data, app, and infrastructure security.
• Lead Zero Trust architecture implementation and identity-centric controls.
• Own data privacy compliance across US state laws and GDPR, incl. RoPA, DPIAs, DSARs, and DPAs.
