Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a contract Risk Exceptions Specialist for a 6-month hybrid assignment in Santa Clara. Contractors will work with the InfoSec GRC team to manage risk exceptions and interact with stakeholders to justify risks, describe impacts, and outline mitigations.

Responsibilities include maintaining the exceptions queue, answering user questions, driving closures, and producing risk-exception reports. A BS in CS/CyberSecurity and relevant certifications are required.

• Knowledge of cloud security and application security concepts.
• Experience with risk management processes.

Your Experience

• B.S. in Computer Science / CyberSecurity or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications of 4-5 yrs (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC)

Compensation

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, this is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $85/hour - $90/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
