Job summary

enGen is seeking an ISRM Infrastructure Support professional to assist in planning, evaluating, and developing secure infrastructure components. You will contribute to policy creation, incident analysis, and performance monitoring within an established security program.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, training delivery, and adherence to HITRUST/NIST frameworks while supporting ongoing ISRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Substitutions: 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: CISSP, Security+ CISA or CISM; GSEC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, researching, evaluating, and designing ISRM infrastructure systems.
• Assist with development and implementation of ISRM infrastructure components and policies.
• Assist in root cause analysis to resolve ISRM issues and improve performance.
• Assist in delivering technical training in less complex areas.
• Support project tasks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of ISRM projects.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining security systems and compliance with standards.
