Job summary

enGen seeks an ISRM Infrastructure professional to assist in planning, evaluating, and developing information security infrastructure aligned with organizational strategy. You will support design, deployment, and monitoring of security systems and related policies across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and ensuring compliance with HITRUST/NIST frameworks while working on security tooling and data protection measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 1 year in Information security and systems analysis
• 1 year in Information security, Information Risk management and/or information technology
• 1 year with operating systems and software administration
• 1 year of developing, communicating and presenting information security and risk management concepts to varying audiences
• 1 year with technologies such as Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), firewalls, endpoint protection, web/email filtering, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), digital rights management, encryption, Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM), and virtualization platforms

Responsibilities

• Assists teams in clearly defining requirements, deliverables and timeframes.Escalate issues and make recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
• Assists in conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting ISRM Infrastructure.
• Assists in developing and/or delivering technical training in less complex technical areas.
• Assists in completing project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of ISRM Infrastructure projects.
• Assists to implement, monitor, configure, and maintain security systems.
• Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
