Job summary

Univera Healthcare seeks an Information Security & Cybersecurity Engineer to develop, maintain, and coordinate security activities across the Organization’s information security program. You will provide risk management support, compliance services, and security consulting to management and business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; or six years of related experience.
• Experience with security controls for operating systems, applications, and database management systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI, COBIT, and risk assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate organization-wide security infrastructures.
• Provide risk management and compliance services for the information security program.
• Lead or support security assessments and audits across systems and vendors.
• Respond to security events within defined SLAs and maintain documentation of risk actions.
• Coordinate with management to enforce security policies and controls across the enterprise.
