Job summary

BARNHART Crane & Rigging is seeking an Information Security & Compliance Analyst in Memphis to drive governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on aligning security controls with business, contractual, and regulatory requirements through risk assessments, control testing, policy management, audit support, and security documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with information security governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to create and maintain security documentation, policies, and evidence artifacts.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT, business units, and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with risk assessments and control reviews to identify gaps and ensure effective controls.
• Maintain security and privacy documentation, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate audits, collect evidence, respond to assessments, and track remediation actions.
• Support data privacy and information governance programs, including data classification and retention practices.
• Provide reporting on security, risk, compliance, and privacy initiatives to leadership.
