MRO is seeking an Information Security Assurance Advisor in the United States to lead HITRUST readiness and SOC 2 Type II audits. The role centers on managing Vanta-based controls, evidence collection, and remediation, with a focus on risk and compliance across frameworks.

The position requires hands-on audit management experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive a security-focused culture within MRO. Salary range is USD 104,000–140,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead HITRUST readiness and SOC 2 Type II audits from planning to report issuance.
• Manage and operate the Vanta GRC platform for evidence collection and tracking.
• Coordinate control owners, gather evidence, and oversee remediation tracking.
• Maintain an audit-ready control environment across HITRUST and SOC 2.
