Job summary

Fort Rucker, AL-based Information Security Analyst role onsite. Responsible for safeguarding program networks, vulnerability management, RMF support, and cybersecurity operations in a mission-focused environment.

Requires Active Secret Clearance, Security+ CE, CySA+ within 90 days, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Salary range $65,000–$70,000 with full benefits and 100% onsite work.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Security+ CE certification required
• CySA+ certification required within 90 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with ACAS is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain our program's security posture by conducting compliance checks and vulnerability scanning with ACAS.
• Manage ACAS suite to perform regular vulnerability assessments across network infrastructure.
• Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability scanning policies and procedures for comprehensive asset coverage.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities promptly.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations including NIST.
• Assist in developing and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs) and RMF documentation.
• Support A&A activities and RMF documentation development and updates.
• Collaborate with compliance teams for internal and external audits.
• Manage and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
• Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices and security awareness initiatives.
• Stay informed on threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in incident response and cybersecurity operations as required.
• Interact with program stakeholders daily to support mission and compliance requirements.
