Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA, is seeking an Information Warfare Strategist to lead analysis of DoD IO policies, readiness, and capabilities for DC-I projects. You will integrate information capabilities into war gaming, experimentation, and exercise design, shaping capability roadmaps and requirements.

You will guide the client through analysis and requirements, prioritizing delivery based on resources and timelines, while leveraging a mission-focused approach to support naval operations

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience with Department of War or Marine Corps Information Operations (IO).
• Experience working with senior-level decision makers within the Department of War, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services.
• Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations and the relationships between Marine Corps operations, requirements, engineering, and acquisition organizations.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working as a project manager and leading programs involving Information Operations (IO), network management, or technology services
• Master’s degree would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analysis of DoD Information Operations policies, readiness, and capabilities on projects for the DC-I.
• Integrate information capabilities into war gaming, experimentation, and exercise design to ensure capabilities perform as anticipated.
• Develop strategic capability roadmaps, requirements, and align to technical solutions.
• Guide clients through analysis and requirements processes and prioritize delivery based on resourcing and timeliness.
• Support information activities integration in maritime campaigning or Naval operations
