Job summary

TMPC, Inc. seeks an Information Warfare Specialist in New Orleans, LA to join a diverse team and work on cutting-edge cybersecurity and information operations projects. The role requires a minimum of 5 years planning and integrating IO with emphasis on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level, with preferred DoD qualification courses.

Spanish ability and U.S. TS SCI clearance are highly regarded. This contingent hire aligns with contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience planning and integrating IO with a strong emphasis on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level.
• Experience with MISO/PSYOP planning processes; graduation from a DoD-approved qualification course is highly desirable.
• Experience with MILDEC planning processes; graduation from a DoD-approved planning course is highly desirable.
• Experience with Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
• Spanish language ability (2/2 or greater) and English proficiency for communication and writing.

TMPC is seeking a Information Warfare Specialist to join our growing team of diverse professionals.

A minimum of 5 years of experience planning and integrating IO, with a strong emphasis on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level

• Verifiable experience and expertise in the MISO/PSYOP planning process. Graduation from a DoD-approved qualification course is highly desirable.
• Verifiable experience and expertise in the MILDEC planning process. Graduation from a DoD-approved planning course is highly desirable.
• Experience with Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
• SOUTHCOM AOR experience preferred
• Experience planning at the Combatant Command level preferred
• MARFOR experience preferred
• Possess Defense Language Program 2/2 or greater Spanish abilities is preferred
• The ability to communicate information and ideas verbally so others will understand in English and in Spanish is preferred
• Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience either via electronic or written mediums in English and Spanish is preferred
• The ability to create products and presentations that communicate ideas effectively and concisely in English and in Spanish is preferred
• Shall possess or be able to obtain the following:
  • U.S. TS SCI Security Clearance.
  • A valid US driver’s license.
  • A valid US passport.
  • Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide)

**This is a contingent hire tied to contract award. Selected candidates will be named in the proposal and asked to sign a Letter of Commitment.**
