Job summary

MANTECH in Stafford, VA seeks an Information Warfare Solutions Developer to advance SIGINT, EW, Cyber Operations, and IW solutions. You will drive development of innovative capabilities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with defense priorities.

Responsibilities include prototyping using AI/automation, analyzing gaps in workflows, and guiding technical pathways from concept to operational transition, with a strong emphasis on project management and security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, chemistry, mathematics, and/or data science/data engineering or related field with 8+ years in SIGINT/EW/Cyber Operations; 5+ years hands-on engineering and development.
• Experience with software/model development, data pipelines, systems integration, and prototyping at the tactical level.
• Working knowledge of DoW digital platforms and enterprise/operational systems (unclassified and classified).
• Expertise in automation, AI, and ML concepts for IW with ability to engage with technical SMEs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, briefing Senior Government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and engineer for IW R&D projects and integration pathways.
• Develop prototype capabilities using coding, automation, AI for sensing, targeting, decision-support, and manage sprint plans.
• Analyze shortfalls across SIGINT, EW, Cyber, IW workflows and present data-driven recommendations.
• Assess proposals for alignment with capability gaps and provide hands-on support for internal initiatives.
• Liaise with stakeholders to synchronize capabilities, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Implement risk management within IW domain to identify and mitigate risks.
