Job summary

Native Health is seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site and remote support across facilities, ensuring reliable computer systems and networks. You will help manage deployments, respond to service requests, and assist with upgrades to support patient care and agency operations.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare IT, familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Console, and travel between NH sites. A related IT degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of hands-on IT support in multi-site or healthcare environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Console and MS network/OS software.
  • Ability to work with people in a friendly, congenial manner.
  • Regular travel between NH sites is required.

Job description

The IT Technician provides direct, on-site, and remote technical support to all NATIVE HEALTH facilities and staff, ensuring reliable and secure operation of computer systems, networks, and technology used across medical, dental, behavioral health, and administrative programs. This position plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of patient care and agency operations by maintaining IT infrastructure, responding to service requests, and assisting with system upgrades and deployments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Ticketing, Patch Management, and End Endpoint systems

  • SharePoint experience.
  • Ability to solve problems promptly.
  • The ability to perform other specific duties or assignments as directed by the Manager.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm.
  • Ability to regularly sit and/or stand for lengthy amounts of time, bending and reaching as necessary.
  • Ability to use fingers/hands to manipulate computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

An associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or four years of equivalent work experience may be substituted. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing IT support in a multi-site or healthcare environment. Experience in working with Microsoft Office 365 Admin Console and Microsoft network software and operating system software. Experience in working with people in a friendly, congenial manner. Regular travel between NH sites is required.

Standard Employment Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted Arizona driver's license (within 30 days of hire if applicant is from out-of-state) with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years. No more than two at-fault accidents in the last three years. Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license during employment. Must be insurable under NATIVE HEALTH's liability auto policy.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment and retain a valid card while employed with NATIVE HEALTH.
  • Must pass substance abuse testing upon employment and submit to random testing during employment.
  • Must provide an updated immunization (IZ) record at the time of employment.
  • Must have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report upon employment and provide an annual update.
  • Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within (90) calendar days of employment and maintain certification during employment.
