Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and watsonx.ai, and experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices highly preferred.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Watson Studio Support Specialist to provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will assist users of Watson Studio, including Jupyter notebooks, DataStage, Python, R-script, APIs, GitLab, deployments, and jobs.
• The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Watson Studio, such as errors, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
• Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including the platform team, to resolve technical issues and enhance the customer experience.

Must Have Skills:

• GitLab: Yes (2-4 years)
• Python: Yes (2-4 years)
• Rest API: No (1-2 years)
