NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking fora IT Systems Analyst to work with our global client in the U.S.for a 100% remote opportunity (CST hours).

Responsibilities:

• Implementation/Support
• System Configuration and Administration
• Integration with other systems and lab (manufacturing) equipment
• Address customer requests and tickets
• Perform system testing as requested
• Train/support users within other teams to maintain or implement business objectives
• Develop documentation for system maintenance and support processes
• Collaborate with the management team to improve the quality of system implementation processes
• Engage with other teams and other levels of organization as needed to perform duties
• Implement, upgrade, and maintain the software solutions
• Assist customers with questions and issues with the software
• Support the team with feedback from testing of process and data issues and collaborate to act on this feedback.
• System and integration monitoring
• Support internal and external reporting options

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Production Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in the Spanish and English are a plus
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Development (Node.JS, C, C++, Perl) experience is a plus
• Linux Bash Scripting – must have
• Command Line – must have

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under shifting deadlines with potentially ambiguous or nebulous requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in Linux Bash Scripting and Command line.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and IT environments.
• Takes initiative and ownership of assigned tasks
• Independent and analytical thinking with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and resolve complex problems quickly
• Excellent listening and interpretation skills when discussing needs with the customer
• High level technical understanding and hands-on experience with complex data systems and processes
• Basic understanding of optical manufacturing
