Client Systems Operations specialists ensure software and hardware behind airpower and ground operations function properly, including repairing and troubleshooting issues and installing necessary programs to complete missions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide information technology support.
- Install and configure software systems and applications.
- Report and correct security incidents.
- Establish preventive, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance procedures.

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
- Knowledge of IT fundamentals
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license to operate government motor vehicles
- Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
