Job summary

Crew Training International in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Information Technology Specialist to maintain and upgrade training delivery systems, monitor performance, and ensure secure, reliable operation of hardware and software.

The role requires 2+ years of Help Desk and hardware/software maintenance experience, Security+ certification, and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility; USAF squadron experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Possess 2+ years of personal computer hardware/software maintenance and Help Desk experience.
• Security+ certification is required.
• Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
• USAF communication squadron experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor usage, maintain, and properly dispose of and replace training delivery system hardware.
• Troubleshoot delivery system performance issues.
• Procure, install, and integrate delivery system upgrades.
• Recommend upgrades to delivery system software applications.
• Recommend software upgrades for production of training content changes.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
