Role Overview:

As the IT Sales Representative, you will handle inbound leads from U.S. businesses, present our services, build client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing. You’ll work remotely and coordinate with our Boston-based manager for in-person contract execution when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online meetings

Conduct discovery calls and present IT solutions tailored to client needs

Prepare proposals and close deals in coordination with the U.S. branch manager

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with prospects

Represent the company professionally in occasional local (Boston area) meetings

Requirements:

Based in or near Boston, MA

Experience in IT or SaaS sales

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with common IT solutions (cloud, websites, cybersecurity, etc.)

Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho

Organized, self-driven, and client-oriented
