Job Title: IT Project Manager

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Contract Duration: 6 months, W2

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through completion. This role works closely with business and IT leadership to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance with corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects within defined scope and timelines.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
  • Evaluate and manage changes to scope, risks, and issues, securing stakeholder agreement on resolutions.
  • Monitor project performance against plans and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop and execute detailed work plans, securing necessary resources.
  • Document lessons learned and obtained final project approvals from sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate project updates through reports and communications.
  • Coordinate team resources, assigning tasks based on individual strengths and project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies.
  • Support department-level initiatives or assist with phases of larger programs.
  • Make decisions impacting project-level activities and influence project budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
