Ingenium Talent is partnering with a Louisville-area client to recruit an IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead technology-driven initiatives across the organization. The role emphasizes clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The successful candidate will be PMP certified and onsite at our client's East End location, with eventual hybrid work as the engagement evolves.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Serve as a key point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting notes, risk registers, and other project artifacts.
• Work closely with the Program Manager to monitor program-level milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations.
• Identify, document, and elevate project risks or issues; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business units to support smooth execution of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage tasks effectively, maintain alignment with project goals, and provide direct support to the Program Manager. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

PMP Certification is required

Initially this position will be required to be onsite at our client's East End of Louisville corporate location Monday through Friday. However, eventual hybrid work will be allowed.
