Job description

Our client is actively seeking a IT Project Manager to support an upcoming UI/UX enhancement based out of their Chicagoland office.

This opportunity is 100% remote. Must be able to work Central Time zone.

Responsibilities

• This person needs to have a strong ability to understand dependencies, the big picture, and willingness to communicate.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX – Need to come from a design/ux/ui background since this is highly dependent on UX and extremely visible.
• Strong understanding of process flow/dependencies. Large enterprise experience is a must
• Must be able to take charge and drive the flow and make sure they hit dates. Gather dates/commitments.
• CSM is a plus/scrum master experience is good
• Rally experience as that is the tool digital uses the most
• Fast learner/process oriented
• Shows enthusiasm to learn quickly
• Ability to be proactive in situations/understand answer collection/investigation if needed.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end life cycle process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Most projects have program managers so they will have a framework to follow.
