Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, resource planning, and scheduling.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience producing governance-focused reporting and executive-level status updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer the Master Project and Program Schedule.
• Prepare for and facilitate daily Kanban meetings using Microsoft Project Planner Boards.
• Support project managers and the Common Services Delivery team with project coordination activities.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership briefings.
• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Support project governance, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist with onboarding, suitability, and administrative activities related to program delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and program leadership.
• Support change management, issue management, and project reporting processes.
