  • Assigning problem work roles and ensuring priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality of service are met
  • Delivering high-level customer service and thorough analysis for critical problems impacting patient care and operations
  • Collecting data and performing research to identify customer requirements and information gaps
  • Taking actions to address customer needs within specified timeframes and policies
  • Serving as a problem facilitator and advisor to system owners, identifying trends and areas for support
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Problem Management policies and procedures
  • Planning and providing leadership throughout the Root Cause Analysis process
  • Tracking installation and integration of systems fixes and updates
  • Assessing technical expertise and leading efforts to research and diagnose problems
  • Identifying alternate approaches to problem resolutions and modifying precedent solutions

Qualifications:

  • Experience with information technology problem management
  • Experience analyzing and identifying customer requirements
  • Experience tracking installation and integration of systems fixes and updates
  • Ability to document changes and update management on system outages and solutions
  • Innate ability to translate project activities into executive-level reports and presentations
  • Previous experience with large-scale deployment and migration of technology services
  • Experience and understanding of infrastructure and applications
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with governance, quality management, and oversight processes

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline
  • 10 years' experience (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)

Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance

Location and Pay:

  • Remote, USA (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST)
  • Pay range: $47,240 to $87,500
