We are now looking to strengthen our IT team with someone who brings both the technical skills and service mindset needed to support and maintain our network.
As our IT Network Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, advancing Qualstar's network infrastructure while ensuring it supports the organization's business goals and technology needs. You'll work with the organization to understand business and technology needs, recommend strategic solutions, and ensure our network environment is secure, reliable, and aligned with our goals. This is a key role that works closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of networking solutions with Qualstar's other systems and technologies. You'll also have the opportunity to evaluate emerging networking technologies, participate in feasibility studies, and help lead the development and implementation of solutions that support Qualstar's continued growth.
You'll also serve as a resource and technical mentor to other members of the IT team, sharing knowledge and helping strengthen the team's overall capabilities.
