Job summary

Artemis Consultants seeks an IT Manager to lead the Business Analysis team and drive cross-functional technology initiatives across the platform organization. You will be accountable for the quality and timely delivery of business analysis work, including requirements, stakeholder alignment, and documentation.

You will draft requirements, coordinate projects, maintain delivery visibility, and support implementation.

Qualifications

• Current people-management experience including coaching and workload planning.
• Proven Business Analysis experience delivering high-quality requirements.
• Strong project-management, facilitation, organization, critical-thinking, and communication skills; client engagement preferred.

The IT Manager leads the general Business Analysis team while directly supporting cross-functional technology initiatives across the company’s platform organization. This role is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of Business Analyst work, including project analysis, business and functional requirements, stakeholder alignment, documentation, and implementation support.

• Directly manage the Business Analysis team and remain accountable for the quality and delivery of its work
• Personally draft requirements and perform analysis for assigned initiatives
• Lead or coordinate projects, maintain delivery visibility, and drive action-item follow-through
• Represent IT professionally in internal, client, and partner discussions
• Escalate material risks, resource constraints, conflicts, and blockers when necessary

PREFERRED PROFILE:

• Current people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, workload planning, and team development
• Demonstrated Business Analysis experience producing high-quality business and functional requirements for complex technology initiatives
• Strong project-management, facilitation, organization, critical-thinking, and written and verbal communication skills; experience engaging clients or external partners is strongly preferred
