Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc in Center Valley, PA, seeks an Information Technology Leader to head the enterprise integration team, overseeing SAP, Salesforce, cloud apps, databases and other critical systems to ensure reliability and performance across our global business.

You will mentor staff, shape architecture, lead complex implementations, and partner with IT and business units to translate evolving needs into secure, scalable solutions, while maintaining hands-on involvement with technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Science, Mathematics, or related technical field required.
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 required for each degree earned
• Minimum 8 years experience building and deploying integrations with a hosting provider like Mulesoft, Boomi, Appian or on a Cloud provider like AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred
• Expertise with Mulesoft Anypoint platform on CloudHub

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Mulesoft operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across all supported platforms.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive platform convergence, execute implementations, and proactively resolve technical and organizational challenges.
• Design and architect technical solutions that meet enterprise IT needs, collaborating with peers across IT and business units.
• Engage with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle—from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop deep expertise across multiple IT technologies and serve as a mentor by training team members on new tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Establish and refine IT processes, implementing measurable improvements that enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead incident response efforts, including mitigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Be a hands-on, collaborative leader, demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills in interactions with peers, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
