Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects across the organization. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, work with IT leadership, and ensure alignment with HACLA’s mission and goals.
The role requires PMP certification and at least five years of experience managing complex IT projects. Strong analytical, communication, and vendor-management skills are essential for success in this position.
Under general direction, the IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT-related projects to support the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA). The role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with HACLA’s mission, goals, and commitments, and provides technical and managerial support to IT leadership.
The IT Project Manager reports to the IT Director and serves as a key resource in managing departmental projects and contracted vendors. The incumbent will exercise considerable independent judgment and authority, including oversight of complex and confidential technology initiatives.
