None required initially, IAT Level II or equivalent within 6 months (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, etc.)

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of related experience, including SAP experience and previous roles such as System or Network Administrator or ISSO

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

Security Clearance

TS/SCI clearance required; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure operational security posture of information systems in collaboration with ISSM and ISO.
2. Manage security aspects of information systems, including physical, personnel security, incident handling, and security training.
3. Develop, review, and update authorization documentation; monitor system security and compliance.
4. Support Special Access Programs (SAPs) for DoD agencies, including SCI and SAP activities.
5. Conduct security impact analyses, coordinate system changes, and ensure security documentation is current.
6. Perform audits, monitor security features, and ensure proper incident response and reporting.
7. Attend security training and execute cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability mitigation.
8. Support security activities for internal and external clients, including configuration management and system recovery.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Work Details

40 hours/week, onsite, no travel required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $86,615 - $117,185, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, life insurance, and more.
