Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to manage implementation of information assurance, cyber, and program protection requirements to our client’s cybersecurity standards/policies and address cyber vulnerabilities.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

+ Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

+ Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents.

+ Coordinate with IT staff to ensure that security measures are integrated into system designs.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.

+ Provide training and support on security protocols to staff.

+ Prepare and present security status reports to management.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

+ Manage security tools and technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

+ Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

+ Collaborate with external auditors and regulators.

+ Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

**Here is what you need:**

+ 3 years of experience as a cyber security professional

+ 2 years of experience with assessment and accreditation of a national security system (NSS)

+ Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

+ IAT II certification required which would include any of the following:

+ CCNA Security

+ CySA+ GICSP

+ GSEC

+ Security+ CE

+ SSCP

**Preferred to have:**

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience supporting the accreditation of cloud based systems (AWS preferred)

**Security Clearance:**

+ Active TS/SCI Clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
