Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support a Navy Key Management Infrastructure program.

The role focuses on preparing and shepherding RMF packages through ATO and ATC processes with DoN stakeholders. You will lead the development of security documentation (SSP, PIA, CM Plan, Contingency Plans) and assess compliance against NIST 800-53, STIGs and SRGs while coordinating with system admins, engineers, and government personnel to implement

Qualifications

  • Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance
  • 5+ years of experience assisting with accrediting C4IRS systems
  • Experience with eMASS
  • Network engineering/configuration knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government personnel to prepare RMF packages and support accreditation of systems.
  • Participate in DoN level collaboration meetings on accreditation activities.
  • Prepare and upload RMF documentation to eMASS and other repositories.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of security documentation (SSP, PIA, CM Plan, Contingency Plan, Contingency Plan Test Reports, POA&M, FISM assessments, incident reports).
  • Assess system compliance against NIST 800-53 and DISA STIGs/SRGs.
  • Collaborate with system admins, engineers, and ISSMs to update policies and procedures.
  • Remediate findings with engineers and implement RMF controls.

The ISSE would support DoN efforts on a joint program supporting KMI and Crypto products.
